Each Season has 12 classes and is broken down into 3 installments for convenience.
1 Class/week = $70/install
2 class/week= $130/install

Class begins with basic dance steps and muscle toning exercises that are combined with cardio interval training. After warm up, we continue to sweat while learning a choreographed Hip Hop piece perfect for anyone!
Creating rhythms and sounds, tap dancing is truly unique. One of the best things about Tap is you can pretty much do it FOREVER! Learn something new this season or be challenged to advance the steps you already know. We are committed to keeping class fun, exciting and challenging for everyone. No matter your level we provide a class where everyone is happy and can learn together!
Did you take Ballet as a child or wish at some point you did? This is the PERFECT Ballet class for you! Our Adult Ballet class is a beginner to intermediate Classical Ballet class. Learn or enhance your Ballet skills while increasing flexibility, toning your body, releasing stress and of course burning calories! Class consist of a Ballet barre warm up, center and across the floor combinations and a choreographed Ballet piece.
Get the best of both worlds with this Pilates/Barre workout! A low-impact fusion of barre technique and Pilates exercises designed to use both the ballet barre and the mat.
This class will exercise your mind/body connection, burn fat, increase flexibility and create long lean muscle tone.

This high energy class takes the technique of Ballet and puts it into fast, fun paced movements! Our class focuses on a street-funk style Jazz that is the perfect fusion between Ballet and Hip Hop. Beginner or Advanced this class is sure to be fun & exciting! Learn traditional and new Jazz steps, increase flexibility, burn calories and learn a fun upbeat dance all at the same time!
